This is achieved through a process of confidence building through frequent exchange of information and discussion. The entrepreneur introduces himself through the internet and gets the people to understand the product. No sales are made on social media. It is only a road to sale; because by this media the entrepreneur and the customers come together. This coming together will build a lasting relationship between the two.
